We are looking for 'WiFi Heroes' to help keep ALL students connected to school and the opportunity to learn.
You Can Be a Hero to Students In Need!
Help Kids Connect!
Update: THANK YOU WIFI HEROES! Thanks to our generous community, the Foundation has raised over $129,000 towards providing internet access this school year to the 1,200 students identified by the district that lacked access. We'll now be able to provide the best internet service solutions for all of these students.
Your gifts are being put to work now! CCSF has secured 1,000 sponsor codes from Comcast to sponsor high-speed internet and purchased $36,000 in internet 'hot-spots' from T-Mobile to secure access for students unable to obtain traditional internet connections.
Our deepest thanks go out to all of our 'WiFi Heroes' for making this possible! Your generosity is providing a critical tool for our students. Any additional donations to this campaign will be restricted the Cherry Creek Schools Emergency Relief Fund and support additional access needs as they arise and help address the most urgent needs in our district.
We are looking for 'WiFi Heroes' to help ensure ALL students can stay connected to school and the opportunity to learn. Even though the District has been able to provide students in need with computers - families are still in need of internet service. Surveys conducted by CCSD staff have identified almost 1,200 students in our district that lack high-speed internet.
You can help us solve this problem:
Who: CCSD surveys of our community and staff outreach have identified at least 1,200 students in need of high-speed internet service.
What: We are working with local companies to identify the most cost-effective solution to provide internet access for our district.
When: Now! Our goal is to ensure all identified students families receive internet service as soon as possible.
Why: Students without internet access could lose their connection to school and teachers and risk falling farther behind. Our goal is to ensure all students are prepared to learn remotely and ready for whatever this school year brings.
Your gift will help provide students with high-speed internet access for the entire school year!
A donation of any amount is greatly appreciated. Your gift is 100% tax-deductible and will be restricted to the Cherry Creek Schools Emergency Relief Fund to support critical needs like internet access.
How many students can you help?
