The Cherry Creek Schools Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)3 organization whose mission is to impact all of the students in the Cherry Creek School District, invest in innovation in the classroom, and provide opportunities for every student to achieve to the best of his or her ability, is currently seeking a high energy, self-motivated Development Manager to join its team and provide the day to day management of its fundraising program.
The Development Manager will work with the Executive Director, Jill Henden, to foster a culture of philanthropy and is responsible for implementing the organization’s tactical plan for fundraising which includes the annual campaign and grant writing. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating strategies to develop donors and manage contributions, grants and other funding sources to support the organization.
This position requires a minimum of 3 years of fundraising experience with a non-profit organization as well as experience with fundraising database management programs. The foundation is looking for a creative thinker who can work both independently and on a team as well as manage multiple tasks.
