DEADLINE: Cardboard Challenge Resgistration
Today is the LAST day to register for the 6th Annual Cardboard Challenge. Space is limited, and projects will be accepted for registration on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The Cardboard Challenge is a global movement of cardboard creativity inspired by the short film
Caine’s Arcade (cainesarcade.com) It’s the inspirational story of one boy’s dream and one man’s quest
to make it happen.
For the 6th year, the Foundation is bringing the Imagination Foundation Global Cardboard Challenge to Cherry Creek Schools. This is a chance to give our K-12 students space to innovate, experiment, explore, play, create and be inspired to foster their creative spirit. Every participant creates whatever they set their mind to with only cardboard and recycled materials. This provides many students a gateway into project-based learning and design thinking that are key to shaping the next generation of entrepreneurs and innovators in our fast-paced, connected world.
The event is FREE and open to all Cherry Creek Schools students Kindergarten through high school! Students at Aspen Crossing Elementary, Peakview Elementary, Sagebrush Elementary and Village East Elementary can participate in after school sessions to build their cardboard creations. Snacks will be provided.
