You helped us raise nearly $1 million in 2018!
Last year was one for the books. Through the generous giving of our donors and corporate partners, Cherry Creek Schools Foundation was able to raise a total of $925,000. Most important of all, we gave $440,000 to our schools between July and December alone thanks to you!
Your donations have been critical to impacting the lives of every student at Cherry Creek Schools. Here are some of the opportunities that you helped fund:

We awarded $135,105 in micro-grants to 150 educators to kick start learning and improve student outcomes.

We raised $100,000 through CareerWise Colorado to support paid youth apprenticeships for high school juniors and seniors that provide real-world career opportunities in industries like manufacturing and financial services.

$17,000 was used to support AVID, a districtwide sixth through twelfth grade program on a mission to close the achievement gap for students in the "academic middle" through a rigorous curriculum while preparing them to be successful in college and beyond.

We funded Cherry Creek Schools effort to place Dash robots in EVERY elementary school to provide a robust STEM education to our youngest learners through a $12,679 donation.

Every year, STEAM-a-Palooza offers students an opportunity to learn about cutting edge technology and explore their creativity, which is why we supported it with a $3,000 grant.

$2,528 gave our special education high school students attending an I-Team campus an opportunity to interact with their neurotypical peers and access the ropes course for an athletics day at Cherry Creek High School.
